Welcome POS IT Support - Point of Sale Information Technology Support POS IT Support came out of a need for reliable support during preparation, process reviewing, user acceptance testing and implementation of a Point of Sale or Service Software Suite. POS IT Support is owned and managed by Darin & Linda Mandy. Darin has spent the last 10 years working for AdvanceRetail Technology a POS Software Company, initially based in Auckland New Zealand and later in Sydney and Brisbane Australia. For the past 10 years Darin has been living and breathing POS Software, initially as a Software User for the Auckland SPCA and then as a member of the AdvanceRetail Software team, he started out on the Windows Helpdesk and moved to a Support Consultant role through to the Senior Support Consultant and Project Manager in Australia. In June of 2008 Darin left the Software House and embarked upon his own journey.
